Foreman required for an extensive groundworks package of works by the Kinsale Road.
Report to company director.
5-10 years experience required for all aspects of groundworks including excavations, backfilling, foul & storm drainage, watermains, ducting, kerbing, road construction, concrete paths, paving & hard land scaping.
Ensuring all site operations are carried out in compliance with drawings, specs, safely.
Ensuring required permits & RAMS are in place.
Daily management of site crews to ensure productivity along with material orders & plant resourcing.
Attending daily white board & weekly progress meetings. Ability to look ahead, anticipate issues with material lead times & issues on the ground.
Assist our site engineers & QS & be the point of contact for the main contractor.
