About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse & Trade Counter Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to develop a long-term career within the plumbing and heating industry.
While experience in plumbing or builders' merchants is an advantage, it is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
- Assisting with stock control and stock takes.
- Serving customers at the trade counter in a friendly and professional manner.
- Learning our range of plumbing and heating products.
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member when required.
- Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the warehouse and trade counter.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Friendly with excellent customer service skills.
- Eager to learn and develop within the plumbing and heating industry.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, builders' merchant or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
