Engineering Manager – Irish SaaS company
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead global product development teams and drive excellence across the full software development lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, team mentorship, and delivery ownership to build high-quality, scalable software products.
You will be leading engineering teams across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving Agile best practices to deliver high-quality products and strong customer experiences. You will contribute hands-on to architecture, coding, and troubleshooting, while enforcing engineering standards and driving automation and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, manage technical risks, and oversee deployments, system performance, and incident resolution to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in SaaS or financial services environments, Prior experience in an architectural role is a plus.
