Bright Motor Group is currently recruiting a Part Time Showroom Host/Receptionist at our Navan Road dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, customer-focused professional to build a rewarding career with one of Ireland’s leading motor retailer groups.
As a Bright Showroom Host/Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting visitors and being the first point of contact for our customers.
Role responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the dealership.
- Hosting at events.
- Introducing customers to the relevant staff.
- Ad-hoc dealership support.
- Reception duties including answering and forwarding phone calls, taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate member of staff
- It is anticipated that there will be a small number of other administrative duties therefore a knowledge of Microsoft office would be desirable.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- A confident and customer-orientated approach to their role.
- A strong desire to provide the best customer service possible for the first impression of our dealership.
