Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our surveying department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior QS to take a leading role within a growing company that will encourage development and progression within the role.
Role and Responsibility:
- Estimating & Cost Planning
- Prepare and manage all contract documents, bill of materials and budget
- Evaluate all costings associated with the project, including materials costs, supplier costs, sub-contractor costs and equipment costs
- Cost and contract terms and conditions negotiations
- Cost control throughout each project
- Risk analysis and cash flow projections
- Liaise inhouse with the assigned project manager and liaise externally with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Final account preparations and settlement
Requirements:
· Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
7 years experience as a Senior QS
Proven track record in delivering projects within budget from tender stage to final account.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €75,000.00-€110,000.00 per year
