As Digital Account Director you will own the planning vision across all paid digital channels — aligning client objectives and KPIs into a single, cohesive performance strategy. Working alongside channel specialists and a high-calibre client service team, you'll shape how performance activity connects to the bigger brand story. You'll be a trusted face for clients, leading on key meetings, quarterly reviews and strategic presentations — with the full backing of your leadership team.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE YOUR MARK

Set digital performance strategy and channel investment — owning the holistic paid plan aligned to client objectives.

Act as the bridge between client service and specialist channel teams, ensuring brand strategy and performance activity move in sync.

Develop and manage monthly budget forecasts and plans across the full performance mix.

Oversee campaign optimisation across the performance team, driving delivery against agreed KPIs.

Ensure correct tracking and tagging is in place — working closely with specialists on campaign setup and reporting.

Champion best practice: elevating the quality of campaign delivery, innovation, and automation across the team.

Lead consistent, insight-driven reporting — making data meaningful for clients.

Own day-to-day client relationships for digital: building trust, managing expectations, and spotting growth opportunities.

Lead client-facing presentations on strategy, campaign recommendations, and performance results.

Manage finance administration and budgeting with accuracy and diligence.

Contribute to wider team culture — training, award entries, industry events, and new business where relevant.

You're a confident, commercially minded digital leader who brings both strategic clarity and hands-on expertise. You're as comfortable in a client boardroom as you are in the data.

5+ years' experience in a digital role, ideally performance-focused and agency-side.

Strong working knowledge of how to balance brand and performance objectives across digital channels.

Solid grasp of search, social, and programmatic — and ideally SEO, CRO, and analytics too.

Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients and significant budgets.

Excellent numeracy skills and confident with MS Excel at an advanced level.

A natural communicator — written, verbal, and in the room — who can present with conviction and manage client expectations with ease.

Highly organised, deadline-driven, and unflappable under pressure.

Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Genuinely passionate about the digital media landscape — curious, current, and always learning.
