We are currently seeking an experienced QA Support Manager to join our growing team based at our Head Office in Slane, Co. Meath, with travel to project sites across Ireland and Europe as required. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a key role in supporting quality assurance and quality control activities across our electrical construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, QA personnel and project stakeholders to promote a strong quality culture, drive right-first-time practices and ensure projects are delivered in line with company standards, quality plans and client expectations.

Responsibilities-
Support the Quality Manager with all QA/QC activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical installation projects.

Promote and foster a positive quality culture across the organisation, encouraging a right-first-time approach at all levels.

Conduct site quality audits focusing on first-of-kind installations, work in progress, completed works and compliance with project quality plans.

Coordinate quality activities across project teams and raise awareness of first-of-kind requirements and project quality objectives.

Monitor site installation activities to ensure works are executed in accordance with company specifications, quality plans and client expectations.

Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and project stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and implemented consistently.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels between project teams, clients and stakeholders on quality matters.

Deliver quality-focused toolbox talks, briefings and awareness initiatives to support continuous improvement and best practice.

Facilitate project kick-off meetings and quality reviews with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Attend site, client and project meetings to provide guidance and support on quality-related matters.

Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators including NCRs, snagging performance, right-first-time metrics and project quality status.

Prepare and provide regular quality reports and updates to the Quality Manager.

Review document control processes and support the maintenance of project quality documentation in line with client requirements and agreed project standards.

Support the continuous improvement of quality processes, procedures and project delivery standards.

Coach and support Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams in the application of quality procedures and best practice throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements-
Minimum 5 years' experience in a QA/QC, Quality Engineering or Quality Management role within the electrical construction industry.

Strong understanding of electrical installation activities, quality assurance processes and quality control principles.

Experience conducting site inspections, quality audits and reviewing project quality documentation.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple project teams.

Proven ability to influence, coach and support teams in the adoption of quality standards and best practices.

Experience delivering training sessions, toolbox talks or quality awareness initiatives.

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment.

Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to present quality metrics and project updates.

Prior experience working on Data Centre projects is desirable.

Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland and Europe as required.

Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum C2 level).
