Early Years Practitioner – YMCA Dublin
Organisational Overview
YMCA Dublin is a city-wide charity working through a connected network of community hubs
across Dublin. Founded in 1849, we develop and sustain local spaces for children, young
people, families and communities.
Across our hubs, childcare, youth services and community supports come together around
local needs, creating welcoming places where people can access support, build connections
and participate locally.
By bringing spaces, services and supports together, YMCA Dublin strengthens local
community infrastructure and helps communities stay connected and respond to
change over time.
