We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and have a flair for creating drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. Salary negotioable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking and inventory control.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Support bar operations during events, functions, and busy service periods.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or busy bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary negotioable based on experience.
