We are currently looking to recruit a Field Service Technician to join our team based in Cork.
Requirements
1. Full Clean Driving License.
2. Excellent Verbal and Communications Skills.
3.Ability to Work Independently.
4.General I.T Skills and Experience in the Installation, Servicing, Repair and Connectivity Multi Functional Office Equipment an advantage but not necessary as product training provided as required and on an ongoing basis.
5.Strong Time Management and Customer Interaction Skills.
Role Description
1.Installation and Connectivity of Ricoh, Kyocera and Utax Multi Functional Devices.
2.Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Call Outs.
3.Connectivity to Networks for Print and Scan to Folder and Email.
4. Accurate and Detailed Reporting of Issues and Resolutions from each completed Call.
5.Management of Van Stocks while used in the Field.
6.Ability to Work on one's own Initiative, Troubleshoot and Repair problems while on Site.
