Hugh Larkin's is on the lookout for a Full-Time Bartender to join our friendly and energetic team. If you’re passionate about creating great customer experiences and love the fast pace of a busy bar, this could be the perfect role for you!
This is family owned pub, run by experienced publicans with a real passion for the trade, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same love for hospitality.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years bartending experience in a Dublin pub or restaurant.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with general bar operations and point-of-sale systems.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong customer service ethic.

Duties:
Drink Service – Confidently prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, from pints to cocktails.
Customer Interaction – Deliver warm, engaging service to locals and visitors alike.
Till Operations – Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
Stock & Supplies – Keep the bar fully stocked and organised.
Cleanliness & Safety – Maintain high hygiene standards throughout each shift.
