Senior LIMS Consultant:

As a LIMS Consultant, you will work closely with customers, project teams, and technical specialists to design, implement, and support Laboratory Information Management Systems in regulated environments.
You will become part of a professional consulting environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality are central to the way we work.
Your responsibilities:
Participate in LIMS implementation projects from analysis to go live
Gather and document customer requirements
Configure and validate LIMS solutions based on business needs
Support integration between laboratory systems and surrounding platforms
Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation
Conduct workshops, testing activities, and user training
Support customers in regulated environments with focus on compliance and quality
Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and developers across NNIT
Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and best practices
Your required qualifications, skills and experience:
Experience working with LIMS platforms in laboratory or regulated environments
Understanding of laboratory processes within pharma, biotech, or life science
Experience with system implementation, configuration, or validation
Knowledge of GMP and compliance requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Structured and quality focused approach to work
Relevant educational background within IT, science, engineering, or similar
Fluent in both written and spoken English
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
LabVantage, LabWare, STARLIMS, or similar platforms
CSV and validation documentation
Integration technologies and data flows
Customer facing consulting roles
Agile project delivery methods

We are hiring into our European team in the following countries: Denmark, Italy or Poland – the role can also be based in any of the following European country where NNIT has an office location – Germany, Ireland or, Spain
Fluency in oral and written English is a must
- A second language including Danish, German, Italian, Spanish, or French is desired but not essential
- Travel must be expected, but will be kept to necessary business trips and typically less than 10% travel
