Fortivum is a specialist engineering consultancy delivering Project Management, Construction Management, Cost Management, and Design services for hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects across the EMEA region.
As our business continues to grow, we're establishing a dedicated Project Operations function to support the mobilisation of teams across multiple international projects.
The Role
As Project Operations & Travel Specialist, you'll coordinate travel, logistics, and mobilisation for our Project Management, Construction Management, Design, and Cost teams across EMEA.
You'll manage end-to-end travel arrangements, support project mobilisation, work closely with Finance on travel costs and invoicing, and help ensure our teams are deployed efficiently across fast-paced international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate flights, accommodation, rail, car hire, and ground transport across EMEA
- Manage complex and short-notice travel arrangements
- Support project mobilisation and team movements across multiple live projects
- Liaise with travel providers, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers
- Build and maintain supplier relationships while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Work with Finance to process invoices, validate costs, and ensure accurate project cost coding
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, and reporting
- Support continuous improvements to travel and operational processes
About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in travel coordination, operations, or logistics
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with invoices, budgets, or finance processes
- Confidence coordinating international travel
Desirable:
- Experience within engineering, construction, consultancy, or project-based environments
- Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel compliance
- Experience using travel booking systems
- Exposure to project reporting or cost tracking
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
