EIP Ireland is looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Student Liaison Officer to join our team.
You will play a key role in supporting students throughout their work-placement experience in Ireland, helping them settle in, feel welcome and get the most from their time here.
Your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting students upon arrival
- Helping students settle in to their work placements
- Weekly student meet- ups and check in calls
- Organising and assisting with trips, activities and airport transfers
- Liaising with host families
- Supporting communication between students, host families and placement providers
- Ensuring a positive experience for all parties
- Providing support and dealing with any issues that may arise
The ideal candidate will be:

- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible and available for occasional additional hours during busy periods
- Enjoys meeting people and working with students from different backgrounds
A full clean drivers licence is essential.
Pay: €14.15-€16.15 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mallow, County Cork
