Applications are invited for the position of Office Junior, Accounts Payable, ISAC Ltd. The person appointed will report to Accounts Payable Team Lead
ISAC is a subsidiary of CRH and carries out financial and administrative services for CRH companies within Ireland such as Roadstone Ltd. ISAC is situated in Belgard, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administrative support: Assisting with scanning documents and managing and distributing correspondence to the shared mailboxes.-
Data Management: Assisting in maintaining office databases, spreadsheets, and records.

Mail Handling: Sorting and distributing incoming mail.

Support Staff: providing general support to other staff members as required.

Candidates should ideally possess all the following qualifications and attributes:

Education: Leaving certificate or equivalent.

Team player with an ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions effectively.

Strong administrative skills.

Extremely reliable with an excellent work ethic

Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
