HYGIENE OPERATIVE - (3PM - 11:30PM)

You will be offered a position at our client’s site in Naas, which is a short walk from the Sallins train station and near a large shopping centre with ample food outlets, a quick 15 mins by commuter train from Dublin city centre using your leap card.

Industrial cleaner/ Hygiene operative
Industrial Cleaner required for Food production Factory in Monread Industrial Estate. Candidate will be responsible for cleaning factory Equipment and utensils during and after production in desserts factory. Candidate will be required to use high pressure washing equipment and full PPE uniform will be provided.
Hours are Monday to Friday 3pm start to 11:30pm finish. 40 hours weekly. Full training provided however some experience in a similar role preferable.
Duties Include:
- Use of high-pressure washing system (hose)
- Cleaning of trolleys/racks, mixing bowls and utensils.
- Dismantle of machinery for part deep cleaning.
- High rise ceiling and wall cleaning
- Drain cleaning.
- Use of site provided cleaning Chemicals
- Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Ensure all areas of weekly/daily schedule are completed as required
- Ensure all checklists are signed off as required.
- Comply with all health & safety regulations.
- Ensuring areas assigned for cleaning are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards.

- Preferably previous experience in food production industry, kitchen porter, or factory cleaning, but this is not essential all training will be provided.
