Job Summary:
The Guest Service Agent is the face of our hotel, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and across key service areas. This role involves a mix of reception, customer service, and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Guest Services
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain compliance with brand standards.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Enroll new guests in the IHG One Rewards loyalty program and promote member benefits.
Operations & Coordination
Communicate room status changes with housekeeping throughout the day.
Conduct regular room checks and assist with servicing rooms when needed.
Ensure seamless communication between housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams.
Take deliveries from suppliers and organize stock as required.
Food & Beverage Assistance
Perform bar duties, including setting up, restocking, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness.
Assist with breakfast service, including food preparation, serving, and clearing tables.
Set up, prepare, service, and clear conference and meeting rooms before and after events.
Hotel Security & Safety
Maintain cleanliness in all public areas to uphold high hotel standards.
Monitor security and guest safety, providing first aid and responding to emergency situations when required.
Ensure night audit procedures are completed correctly.
Teamwork & Professional Growth
Actively participate in training and personal development opportunities.
Take on additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Pay: €29,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
