The Clybaun Hotel currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Hotel Night Manager to join our Team. .
The right candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated and a hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality and high standards.
Our Front Office team is the first point of contact for the guest on arrival to the Clybaun Hotel, therefore it is of utmost importance that all staff present a friendly and professional image to our guests at all times. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

40 hours per week. 10:45pm-07:15am
The Role:
- To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
- To efficiently and effectively control your departmental operation
- To ensure all guest queries & requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- To have a full understanding of the hotels’ fire & emergency procedures to ensure safety of all staff and guests at all times
- Conduct regular checks and fire walks of the building
- Provide a high level of customer care
- To carry out a regular review of departmental training needs
- To ensure all accident and incidents are reported to the relevant people and to assist in providing all relevant backup
- To ensure a consistently high level of security is maintained throughout the Hotel
- To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
- Ability to work night shifts and have weekend availability
- Experience in a customer facing role

- Have Hotsoft/ Opera Experience
