Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

Proven experience in risk and regulatory compliance within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments/Fintech) or advisory, legal, or consulting roles.

In-depth knowledge of international and local regulations, including the Consumer Protection Code 2025, Credit, Crypto-Assets, Insurance, and Payments regulations.

Strong expertise in developing and maintaining Risk Management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements and deliver innovative, constructive solutions.
What type of work will I be doing?

Providing technical expertise to assist clients in managing regulatory requirements and adapting to evolving expectations.

Supporting business development and collaborating closely with senior Risk and Regulatory management.

Guiding clients through the full regulatory lifecycle, from licensing to inspections and reviews.

Planning and managing projects to meet deadlines efficiently.

Interpreting and implementing new and existing regulations.

Developing client Risk Management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Reviewing client documentation for regulatory compliance.

Delivering tailored regulatory training and mentoring junior team members.

Participating in internal audit services and secondments to client Compliance Functions.
