JR Byrne & Sons has been supplying Convenience Stores, Cafes etc for nearly 125 years. Our Cash and Carry is based in Ballymount, near Walkinstown roundabout, and we service our customers from our own Trucks and Vans throughout Dublin and the surrounding counties.
We are looking for a Multi Drop Vehicle Driver (Class B) with a Professional attitude, good communication and teamwork skills to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide Multi Drop Deliveries to customer in Dublin and surrounding counties.
- Assist with warehouse and loading duties
- To deliver customer orders on multiple drops, including breaking down pallets etc into shops and storerooms, accurately and on time whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Resolve any customer queries wherever possible.
- To complete daily checks on your vehicles and load.
- To adhere to all Safety and Basic Food Safety requirements.
- To build excellent customer relationships.
- Reporting damages, accidents, and issues.
Requirements:
- Professional attitude, good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong reliability and time management skills
- The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years’ experience which must have been gained driving vehicles.
- You must be a team player, flexible and have the ability to remain focused whilst under pressure.
- Full clean driving licence
- B Driving Licence
- Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
