Provide high-level PA support to partners and fee earners within the Projects & Construction team

Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements

Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, reports, and presentations

Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Assist with billing, time recording, and matter management
-
Support transaction coordination and project administration
-
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
-
Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Legal PA within a busy legal or professional services environment

Experience supporting a Projects, Construction, Real Estate or Corporate team desirable

Strong organisational and diary management skills

Excellent document production and attention to detail

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal systems

Proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
