As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator to join our expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career within the fast-paced world of pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain management.
The Role
Working as part of our Customer Service Team, you will support the day-to-day coordination of pharmaceutical shipments, customer communications, and administrative processes. You will receive full training and work closely with experienced logistics professionals in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Assisting with the booking and coordination of domestic and international shipments.
- Monitoring shipment progress and providing timely updates to customers.
- Preparing and maintaining shipment documentation and records.
- Supporting customs clearance and freight forwarding administration.
- Liaising with customers, drivers, airlines, handling agents, and suppliers.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general office administration.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-moving environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability.
- Previous administration, logistics, transport, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
