E-Commerce & Administration Assistant
Location: On-site, Raheen, Limerick

About the role
This is a varied and hands-on role focused on e-commerce support, product management, and general business administration. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of our online store, maintain accurate product information, assist with order administration, and help ensure smooth internal operations.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, comfortable working with online systems, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Support
- Create and maintain product listings on our online store, including descriptions, pricing, images, and product variations
- Update website content and ensure product information is accurate and up to date
- Manage product uploads, categories, collections, and online merchandising
- Support the setup, maintenance and closing of online shops for clubs and schools
- Monitor stock availability and update product information as required
- Assist with improving website processes and customer online experience
- Support seasonal product launches and website updates
Order & Administration Support
- Process and manage online orders accurately
- Maintain internal records and update order information
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to support smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate databases and administrative records
- Complete general office administration duties as required
Sales & Business Support
- Assist with preparing reports and sales information
- Support internal teams with product information and order queries
- Maintain CRM records and update relevant business information
- Assist with tracking business activity and follow-up actions
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years’ experience in an administration, e-commerce, retail, or similar role
- Experience managing product data or online store content is an advantage
- Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data management
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in sports, teamwear, or online retail is an advantage
