Job Description:
As the F&B Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the breakfast operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and high operational standards. You will lead and develop the breakfast team, oversee daily operations, manage labour and costs, and ensure compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily breakfast operation, ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the breakfast team.
- Maintain exceptional service, presentation, cleanliness, and food quality standards.
- Manage team scheduling in line with business needs and labour budgets.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Control stock levels, ordering, and departmental costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support the achievement of departmental targets and operational objectives.
- Manage employee performance through regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role within a Food & Beverage environment.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Sound understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Minimum 12 months' valid work permit required.
