The Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable carpenter with experience in first and second fix carpentry, along with slabbing. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality bathroom renovations while working to tight deadlines and maintaining excellent standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second fix carpentry on bathroom renovation projects.
- Install slabs, wall panels, and associated finishes to a high standard.
- Fit doors, skirting, architraves, boxing, and other finishing carpentry.
- Read and interpret drawings and work specifications.
- Work closely with plumbers, tilers, electricians, and other trades on-site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry.
- Experience with slabbing and bathroom renovations is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Full, clean driving licence preferred.
