Broadway is currently hiring an experienced Chef de Partie ideally with Josper grill experience to join our kitchen team.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and confident running their section in a busy service environment.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across your section, with a particular focus on grill work.
Key responsibilities:
- Run your section during prep and service
- Work confidently on the Josper grill, ensuring consistency and quality
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Support junior team members where needed
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
- Josper or charcoal grill experience is essential
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
