Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a background in the flooring and furniture or related industry to join our fast‑paced team.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing orders from placement through delivery and aftersales, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
- Manage orders, deliveries, fittings, and aftersales
- Resolve issues and complaints professionally
- Liaise with sales teams, suppliers, and dispatch
- Arrange returns, credits, and follow up with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records, feedback, and reviews
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience in flooring or furniture
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, customer‑focused, and detail‑oriented
