Our Client, a specialist company established in 2007, delivering high-quality airtightness installations and mechanical ventilation systems across the Leinster region. Their Energy Consultancy division provides expert services in BER certification, airtightness testing, and sound insulation testing. As they continue to expand, we're looking for a Domestic BER Assessor & Air Tightness Tester to join their professional and friendly team. This might suit a recent graduates in a construction-related discipline who are eager to train and grow in the industry
Responsibilities
- Carry out BER assessments on domestic buildings in compliance with SEAI standards
- Conduct airtightness tests (full training provided if not already qualified)
- Liaise with clients and contractors professionally and efficiently
- Complete reports using DEAP software and manage data accurately
- Work collaboratively with our consultancy and testing teams
Requirements
- SEAI-registered Domestic BER Assessor (or actively working towards it)
- Experience with DEAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and cloud file management systems
- Minimum Level 6 Diploma/Degree in Building Surveying, Architectural Technology, or Engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building services
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Clear communicator with good customer engagement skills
- Full clean driving licence is essential
- Additional training will be provided for Airtightness Testing and Sound Insulation Testing as required.
