TIK Team Member - Sales Assistant & Administrative Support

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to help us continue providing top-notch service and support both in-store and online.
This role is based in Dublin 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist customers on the shop floor, offering guidance, answering questions, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack online orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy and care in every package.
- Online Customer Support: Provide prompt and helpful responses to online customer enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with both in-store team members and remote colleagues to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Visual Merchandising: Design and set up attractive shop floor displays to inspire our customers.
- Maintenance of Shop Floor: Handle various cleaning duties, including dusting, hoovering and keeping the shop floor in a tidy and attractive condition for all our customers.
- Stock Management: Process incoming stock deliveries, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly organised in the inventory system.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Passion for Yarn and Crafting: A genuine love for knitting, crocheting, or other yarn-related crafts.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, clear, and supportive in both in-person and online interactions.
- Creativity: A strong design sense for creating content and displays that engage and inspire.
- Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively and maintaining strong communication with fellow team members.
- Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented and efficient in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work Monday to Saturday and different days depending on operational needs.

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
