Sunbeam House Services is seeking a dedicated Instructor / Supervisor to join our team in Ardbrae, Bray.
This is a Day Services role operating 2 days per week from a residential setting, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to achieve greater independence, develop new skills, access their community and live meaningful lives of their choosing.'You'll work alongside a supportive team committed to delivering person-centred supports every day. Deliver engaging day service programmes and learning opportunities
Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maximise independence
Promote community inclusion, education, training and meaningful participation
Assist with personal care and wellbeing supports where required
Encourage the development of life skills and valued social roles
Support personal planning, goal tracking and progress reviews
Work closely with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams

QQI Level 7 in Social Care (or equivalent validated by QQI) for the Grade 6402 scale
Minimum Level 6 qualification in Social Care, Training, Education or a related discipline
Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities
Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
A creative, person-centred approach
Full clean driving licence
