Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and targets.
Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries, process orders, provide product details, prepare agreements, and address complaints and suggestions promptly and professionally.
Prepare and process quotations and sales orders.
Monitor order delivery closely and ensure timely customer payment.
Collaborate closely with related departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently.
Maintain existing customer relationships while actively developing new customer prospects.
Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers at all levels.

Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in automation machines, especially in Mechanical Design, is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
