About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, motivated Project Manager to oversee multi-MW resilience asset projects involving Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Generators.
This is a full-time hybrid role supporting projects across Ireland. The successful candidate can be based remotely, with a combination of site supervision and office-based work required to effectively manage projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of BESS and Generator projects. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications, supervising inspections, and overseeing supply chain activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
About You

Proven project management experience with the ability to successfully deliver projects within scope and schedule.
- Experience managing project expediting activities to support efficient project delivery and milestone achievement.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality assurance practices.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects is advantageous.
- Experience with electrical infrastructure projects is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline are advantageous.
