Chef de Partie
We are a very busy city centre restaurant and our focus is on good quality food, locally sourced. We operate 7 days per week.
We expect the candidate to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for quality, a creative mind and a good work ethic. Candidate will be required to prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, Follow recipes and presentation specifications, Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards, Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

The successful candidate will have:
1. A minimum of two years’ experience in a busy hospitality environment
2. Have excellent customer service outlook
3. Proficiency in English
4. Be fully eligible to work in Ireland as per current Irish Immigration Law. The company isn't offering visa/sponsorship or relocation packages for the role.
5. Must be fully flexible weekdays, weekends, morning and evening shifts
