We have a full-time supervisor/key holder role open for our Carrickmines store. This is a 40-hour contract over 7 days.
Applicants must have at least one year's experience in a similar role and an interest in the outdoors. Training will be provided, but understanding will be necessary.

Key Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:
- To drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Drive customer service standards along with store display and merchandising
- Liaise with staff on company policy and procedure and ensure staff commitment and compliance
- Motivate staff through personal enthusiasm, excellent personal standards and team working
- To manage financial transactions.
- Strong commercial awareness with a Customer Service approach.
- Ensure all procedures in relation to cash administration, health & safety, stock and merchandising are adhered to
- To alert management of potential security issues
- To assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- To love the outdoors
Skills:
- Ability to take instruction and perform tasks to the highest standard.
- Excellent customer service interaction
- Selling to the customer’s needs
- Product knowledge (training will also be provided)
- Communication skills

- Good time keeping essential
- Drive daily store KPI’s
- Understanding of retail and working within a retail environment
- Understanding of outdoor (not essential but will help)
Working Hours:
- Full-time
- Monday – Sunday over a 5-day week
