Role Overview
We are seeking a Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic project team. This office-based role involves designing and calculating electrical systems, fire alarm systems, and security systems for projects nationwide. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality, compliant designs for complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for a wide range of construction projects.
- Prepare calculations, schematics, and technical documentation for electrical, fire alarm, and security systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to integrate designs into overall project plans.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during project execution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles and calculations.
- Familiarity with fire alarm and security systems (experience preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in design software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadline
