As a Supervising Pharmacist,
As a supervising pharmacist, your role will be to work 5 days per week (40.5 hours, flexible days) within their store in Louth and 2/4 Weekends will be required.

As a Supervising Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:
- Management of the dispensary and a great team
- Responsible for all operations of the pharmacy
- Exercising all aspects of law, ethics and codes of practice as laid down by the Irish Pharmaceutical Society.
- Providing a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with the pharmacy's guidelines.
- Engaging actively with customers to encourage loyalty and confidence
- Ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers
- Interacting with other health professionals
- Active management of the Monthly submissions to Payment Boards
- Pro-active management and follow up of the claims rejected
- Building and maintaining relationships with local Doctors and other health professionals
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be registered with the PSI (Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland).
- At least 3 years post-registration experience
- Have a genuine passion for customer care and enjoy meaningful interactions with customers.
- Be a personable and effective communicator, skilled at building rapport with customers.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, community-focused pharmacy care.
