Due to our continued growth in the property industry, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our friendly team. Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.
Key responsibilities
- First & second-fix carpentry
- Property renovation experience
- Grounds works - concrete repair/paths/ramps (not essential but advantageous)
- Fencing – timber & concrete posts/rails
- All aspects of roofing: guttering, velux windows, vents, fascia/soffit, flat roofs
- Balcony repairs – waterproofing
- General ad hoc repairs
- MEWP experience
- Problem solving
- The successful candidate will be working throughout the Leinster area
Person:
- Qualified carpenter
- 10 years’ experience
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Experience working in a property maintenance environment would be beneficial
- Safe Pass (an advantage but not essential)
- Manual handling (will be provided)
- A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry
- Full Current B driving licence
- Motivated to be part of a successful, focused team

Salary: €38k-€49k p.a. DOE
Hours of work – 39 per week
7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday. Early finish on Fridays - 3pm
