Night Porter ***luxury hotel***
We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Porter to join our The Lodge at Ashford Castle. We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guest.
Location:Cong,Co. Mayo

Working pattern:5 Days over 7 Days (including some weekends and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities of a Night Porter:

Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
-
Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
-
Assist with reception and concierge requests
-
Answer general guest queries
-
Prepare and delivering room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
-
Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times
What are we looking for?
-
Previous Night Porter Experience:Ideally within hotel setting,with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.

Excellent Communication Skill.

Reliability & Flexibility:Dependable and flexible,able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of service.
