Location/Territory: On the road covering Kildare, Laois, Offaly (some other surrounds but these are main territory).
Base salary DOE with commission and incentive structure in place

We design, supply, and install high-quality solar PV systems across Ireland, supporting homes and businesses in making the switch to clean, cost-saving energy. All work is completed in-house — no subcontractors, no shortcuts.
The Role
We’re looking for a hungry, sharp, and practical Energy Sales Consultant to join our team. You’ll be meeting with prospective homeowners running site assessments and helping them understand the savings and long-term benefits of switching to solar. You’ll be backed up by a strong internal team — designers, installers, and admin — so you can focus on what you do best: connecting with customers and closing sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow up on qualified leads from our internal pipeline
- Liaise with the sales admin team and ops team to ensure each customer is looked after from the very beginning
- Carry out site visits and energy assessments
- Build trust with customers by educating them on solar PV systems, SEAI grants, and realistic returns
- Prepare and present tailored proposals (we’ll train you fully on the systems)
- Guide customers through the decision-making process right through to install
- Hit monthly targets with integrity and clarity
- Keep CRM updated and stay in touch with the operations team to ensure smooth handovers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in renewable energy / solar sales, ideally with a technical or consultative edge
- Strong communicator who listens well and doesn’t oversell
- A practical mindset — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to grasp the basics of how solar works
- Full, clean driving licence
- Willing to travel across regions for site visits
- Someone who’s naturally driven but not pushy — we sell based on facts and fit
Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
