Working at LabWorks, you will join the Project Management Team and will be able to plan, organise, and oversee a Laboratory furniture installation project from start to finish.
The key part of the role is to identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.
Responsibilities of Project Manager
- Planning and developing the project idea.
- Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise.
- Managing your financial resources.
- Maintain customer service at all times.
- Performance evaluation of the project.
Essential skills required for this role:
Be an effective communicator to convey ideas, expectations, and information to their team, stakeholders, and clients.
Be able to lead your project team, consisting of Revisit Technicians, welders, carpenters and installers, to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
Must be highly organised to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
Must be able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
Must be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
Have the ability to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.
Must quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
Be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
Work collaboratively with both your project team, and the client's project team, to achieve project goals, on budget and on schedule.
Have a good understanding of the installation and construction sites.
Must be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.
