As part of our continued growth in Latin America, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Representative to expand our presence across Spanish-speaking markets.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with proven experience in the international education industry, particularly in the Irish market.
The ideal candidate will have an existing network of education agencies in Latin America and a strong understanding of student recruitment for Ireland.
This role is focused on developing strategic partnerships, increasing student enrolments, and strengthening Erin College's brand across key Spanish-speaking countries, including:
- Mexico
- Chile
- Argentina
- Panama
- Costa Rica
- Other Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with education agencies and strategic partners across LATAM.
- Identify and recruit new agencies in key markets.
- Maintain regular communication and training sessions with partner agencies.
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with agents.
- Represent Erin College at international fairs, workshops, and networking events.
- Develop market strategies to increase student enrolments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve growth targets.
- Deliver monthly reports on agency performance and pipeline development.
- Achieve and exceed sales and partnership targets.
RequirementsEssential:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international education sales or business development.
- Previous experience working with the Irish education market.
- Existing network of education agencies in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Desirable:
- Experience working for an English language school in Ireland.
- Knowledge of Irish visa processes and the international student journey.
- Portuguese is a plus.

Pay: €25,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
