Job Summary
We’re a small, tight-knit team who genuinely enjoy what we do. We take pride in doing a great job, but just as importantly, we look after our own people. Trust, safety, and a good work–life balance are at the heart of how we run our business. On site, there’s a strong team bond, plenty of support, and a good bit of craic along the way.
We’re currently looking for someone to join us in a ground-based role. We’re keen to bring the right person on board as soon as possible, with start dates aligned to upcoming induction availability.
Whether you’re experienced and ready to go, or keen to learn and build a career in arboriculture, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be part of the team carrying out a mix of tree work, grounds maintenance, and general site duties, including:
- Assisting with tree work such as pruning, dismantling and felling
- Supporting climbers and carrying out ground-based tasks
- Hedge cutting, grass cutting, weed spraying and general grounds maintenance
- Using and maintaining tools and equipment (chainsaws, chippers, etc.)
- Keeping sites safe, tidy, and organised
- Working closely with the team to get jobs done efficiently and safely
Skills / Requirements :
We’re more interested in the right attitude than ticking every box — you’ll fit in well if you:
- Have some experience in tree work, landscaping or outdoor work (helpful, but not essential)
- Are physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
- Have a good work ethic and are willing to learn
- Work well as part of a team and get on with others
- Take pride in doing a job properly and safely
Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Chainsaw / NPTC tickets (CS30, CS31 etc.)
- First Aid at Work + F
- Experience using chippers, saws or other equipment
- Full clean driving licence (B+E an advantage)
- UA1 Ireland
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of these — we’re happy to support training for the right person.
Why Join Us?
- Friendly, supportive, down-to-earth team
- Strong focus on work–life balance (early finish Friday)
- A company that genuinely values and looks after its staff
- Opportunities to learn, train, and progress
- A positive site culture with plenty of teamwork (and a bit of craic)
