The Successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and the overall upkeep of the centre. The role ensures a safe, comfortable, and sanitary environment for all residents.
The successful candidate must have a patient, friendly, and approachable attitude, with a willingness to communicate effectively with residents. They should demonstrate kindness, empathy, and a strong work ethic, along with good teamwork skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to interact with residents from diverse countries and nationalities. They should be willing to undergo training and be flexible in assisting with the day-to-day running of the on-site shop when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms when required, bathrooms, and common areas such as the Lobby,Waiting areas,Laundry Room and Residents Kitchen.
- Report any maintenance issues (leaks, damages, broken items) to management.
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Working Conditions:
- May involve early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts
All Training will be provided on Site.
