We are looking for an Office/Service Administrator to join our Team based in our Dublin Office on a Fixed-Term contract for 12-months. Please note that this job is offered fully onsite with no option for hybrid working due to the nature of the tasks and responsibilities involved.

You will be responsible for:
Reception / General Duties

Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the internal call desk, including promptly handling all incoming calls and email inquiries.
- Sorting and distributing internal and external post, including handling of registered mail.
- Distribution of emails in various inboxes to the relevant department contacts.
- Liaising effectively with the Service, Installation, and Sales departments to support smooth operations.
- Coordinating taxi and courier bookings as needed.
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they are checked in and out accurately and advising employees of their visitors’ arrival.
- Scheduling and overseeing the general maintenance and readiness of meeting rooms.
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
The Ideal Candidate:

Provide administrative support for:
- Pre-qualification documentation.
- Health & Safety documentation, in coordination with the Health & Safety Advisor.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of external company events.
- Maintain high work performance, attendance and punctuality.
- Perform Ad Hoc duties as required
