Job title: Part-Time Field Sales Representative – Dublin (Digital Advertising)
About Lumos Adtech
Lumos Adtech Limited is a Dublin-based digital advertising company installing smart screens in gyms across the city. We’re building our network and looking for energetic, people-first sales reps to help us bring local gyms on board.
The role
You’ll be out in the field meeting gym owners and managers across Dublin, introducing them to our screens and signing them up to host one. This is a face-to-face role for someone confident, self-motivated, and comfortable starting conversations with business owners. No two days look the same.
What you’ll do
- Visit independent gyms and fitness studios across your assigned Dublin area
- Pitch the benefits of hosting a Lumos screen to owners and managers
- Qualify interested gyms and book follow-up meetings
- Keep simple notes on your leads and progress
- Represent the Lumos brand professionally and enthusiastically
What we’re looking for
- Outgoing, confident, and resilient — you don’t mind hearing “no”
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-starter who can manage their own day
- Interest in fitness, business, or sales a plus
- Students welcome; no prior sales experience required, just the right attitude
