About Us:
The Arlington Hotel O’Connell Bridge is one of Dublin’s most iconic hotels, known for exceptional service and a warm Irish welcome in the heart of the city. We are currently seeking a Night Porter to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role:
As a Night Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests throughout the night. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting guests with enquiries, and supporting the night team in maintaining smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and excellent service to all guests and visitors.
- Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries.
- Carry out nightly security and safety checks around the hotel.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with light cleaning duties and function room setups as needed.
- Support the reception team with basic administrative tasks.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the Opera Front Office system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, friendly, and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
