Carry out temperature mapping both at MSC's premises and at customer sites.

Set up, operate and retrieve temperature mapping and calibration equipment.
Prepare temperature mapping reports and calibration documentation following completion of work.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with MSC's quality procedures.
Assist with the maintenance, checking and calibration of MSC's own temperature mapping and calibration equipment.
Work in accordance with MSC Standard Operating Procedures, quality systems and health and safety requirements.
Liaise professionally with customers while working on site.
Provide support to other members of the Service and Quality teams where required.
Full clean driving licence.
Based within reasonable commuting distance of MSC's office in Damastown, Dublin 15.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures accurately.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, organised and able to manage assigned work.
Ability to work independently once trained.
Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout Ireland.
Motivation to learn and develop technical skills.
No specific third-level qualification or previous industry experience is required.
We are happy to consider candidates with Leaving Certificate or equivalent education who can demonstrate the right attitude, aptitude and work ethic.
Previous experience in any of the following would be advantageous but is not essential:
Temperature mapping.
Calibration.
Validation.
Laboratory or pharmaceutical environments.
Field service or technical service.
Quality-controlled or regulated environments.
Working to Standard Operating Procedures.
Full training will be provided in temperature mapping, calibration equipment, relevant procedures, documentation and our quality system.
For the right candidate, the role offers significant scope for development. Over time, there may be opportunities to develop further within temperature mapping and calibration or into other technical/service roles within MSC.
