PE Global Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager on behalf of a leading public sector agency based in Dublin. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a busy and high-performing HR team on a 14-month fixed-term contract.
Supporting a diverse workforce across several business functions, the successful candidate will act as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing expert advice and practical support across recruitment, employee relations, engagement, retention and performance management.
This role will suit a commercially aware HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to organisational development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Partner with senior management teams to deliver HR solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

Build effective working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business, providing practical HR guidance and support.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment activity.

Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.

Support managers in relation to absenteeism management, performance management and employee development.

Contribute to the ongoing development of reward and career progression frameworks.

Advise managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.

Support employee engagement, wellbeing and internal communication initiatives.

Analyse employee feedback and HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Use people analytics and reporting to support HR decision-making and organisational planning.

Act as a senior member of the HR team, providing support and mentoring where required.

Promote effective use of the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors experience advantageous).

Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Minimum 6 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR role.

CIPD qualification and a third-level degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.

Proven experience managing employee relations matters.

Experience using HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience would be an advantage.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn.

Experience supporting or implementing reward and career development frameworks is desirable.

Commercial awareness with the ability to align HR activity to business objectives.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
