Full-Time Position
Stuntworx Elite is looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Gymnastics / Head Coach to lead and develop our growing gymnastics programme.
We are entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for someone who can take ownership of our gymnastics department, develop our athletes and coaches, and help build a strong competitive gymnastics programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Stuntworx Elite gymnastics programme
- Oversee recreational and competitive gymnastics programmes
- Develop structured training plans and athlete pathways
- Lead team placements and athlete assessments
- Identify and develop talented gymnasts
- Coach competitive gymnastics teams and athletes
- Support the development and education of gymnastics coaches
- Monitor coaching standards and class quality
- Work closely with management to grow the gymnastics programme
- Help develop new programmes and opportunities for our athletes
- Prepare athletes and teams for competitions
- Maintain a positive, professional and athlete-focused training environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong gymnastics coaching experience
- Experience coaching competitive gymnastics
- Excellent knowledge of gymnastics technique, progressions and athlete development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident leading and mentoring a team of coaches
- Organised and able to plan long-term athlete development
- Passionate about building and growing a successful gymnastics programme
Previous experience in a Head Coach or leadership position is highly desirable.
