Full-Time Barista & Café All-Rounder

Well Café is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Full-Time Barista & Café All-Rounderto join our team in Killarney.
If you have a passion for specialty coffee, quality food and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Prepare exceptional coffee and specialty drinks
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with breakfast and lunch service
- Prepare smoothies, acai bowls and café menu items
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Restock and organise the café throughout the day
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for every guest
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous café or barista experience (preferred)
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is reliable, organised and proactive
Has a genuine passion for hospitality
Works well as part of a team
Takes pride in delivering consistently high standards
